Skills Enhancement Fund (SEF) – SEF
provides financial assistance to new and expanding companies
committed to training their Indiana resident workforce. Eligible
companies can receive reimbursement of up to 50% of eligible
training costs. Indiana continues this commitment to training by
allowing companies to re-apply for additional funds to retrain
employees after a two-year period.
The Indiana Small Business Development Center is a state
based organization offering a wealth of free and low cost
information, management counseling, and educational services
designed to support Indiana small business owners and potential
entrepreneurs. Our mission is to help Indiana business grow and
create new jobs within the state.

| State Business Assistance |
Training – New Skills 2016
Provides both new and existing businesses based on capital
investment, job creation and wage levels the opportunity for
reimbursement through state monies for training personnel. All
approvals granted through the State of Indiana. Includes: basic
skills, transferable skills, and company specific skills.
Industrial Development Grant Fund:
The Industrial Development Grant Fund (IDGF) awards grants to
eligible units of government to help them meet the infrastructure
needs of new or expanding businesses in Indiana. The project must be
related to economic development efforts and must have job-creation
potential.
Technology Enhancement Certification for Hoosiers Fund (TECH)
Developed in consultation with the IT industry, the TECH Fund is a
reimbursement grant program whose purpose is to help Indiana
companies meet the demands of the new information economy by rapidly
increasing the number of certified information technology workers in
Indiana.
